Cleanscape Xlint is a Fortran source code browser that graphically depicts Fortran source code so programmers can easily identify coding problems or quickly understand application structures in Unix and Linux environments.
A companion tool for Cleanscape FortranLint, Xlint graphically presents the database (.fdb) information generated by Cleanscape FortranLint through windows that allow the programmer to step through potential errors, and to see the relationships between source code, call tree and symbol table.
Xlint can automatically display symbol cross-reference information to show all code references to any symbol in the analyzed program, and automatically highlights the appropriate note in the call tree. This allows programmers to easily find each occurance of a symbol in the source code.
